Parkinson's Home Care
We ensure clients’ homes run safely and smoothly, helping them with laundry, cleaning, meal preparation and errands. As the client’s Parkinson’s Disease progresses, our caregivers can help with daily living tasks, including eating, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Stroke Recovery Care
Whether you’re coordinating your loved one’s stroke care from afar or managing the responsibilities hands on, in-home caregivers can be integral to the process. We can help your loved one remain in a safe and familiar environment while assisting with recovery care.
Going Home
After a stay at the hospital or other care facility, Home Sweet Home Care can help you transition safely and prevent further hospitalizations with regular visits by our professional caregivers. We can also help with errands, appointments and transportation.
Respite Care
We allow you to take time off from your responsibilities as a family caregiver so you can focus on yourself for a while and allowing you more quality time with your
loved one.
Specialized Care
We provide specialty care services for adults with disabilities, recovering from surgery, suffering from chronic diseases or other conditions. We also provide transportation, in-facility companionship and care, concierge services and more.
